Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 2026
1. Agreement
By logging into this platform via GitHub and deploying our review bots into your repositories, you agree to these Terms of Service ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your use of our AI-driven code review system, custom rules engine, and analytics dashboard.
2. Acceptable Use
You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our platform. You may not:
- API Abuse: Reverse engineer, DDoS, or attempt to destabilize the AI inference worker queue.
- Prompt Extraction: Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer our proprietary AI system prompts or rules engine logic.
- Malicious Payloads: Intentionally feed the system code designed to break LLM safety guidelines.
3. AI Code Suggestions Liability
Important Disclaimer
If you use our Auto-Fix or AI code suggestion features, you acknowledge that AI systems have inherent variability — they can produce incorrect or vulnerable code.
We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, security breaches, or damages caused by merging AI-generated code into production without human verification.
4. Rate Limits & Throttling
Our platform relies on the GitHub API and AI providers. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend your account if your repositories generate anomalous volumes that threaten platform stability.
5. Billing
Subscription plans (Pro, Enterprise) are billed upfront. Due to compute costs associated with LLM inference, we generally do not offer refunds for partial billing cycles. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current cycle.
6. Account Termination
You may disconnect your GitHub credentials and revoke the GitHub App at any time. We reserve the right to deactivate your account, without warning, if we detect a violation of these Terms.
